We are turning 20 in the UAE
This October marks 20 successful years for us in the UAE. With our first branch opening its doors at Deira City Center on October 21st 20 years ago, we have come a long way from being solely a music & DVD destination to a full-fledged lifestyle one-stop shop. We have marked our territory over 10 different locations in the UAE covering areas like Al Ain, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi while also extending our presence around the GCC.
To celebrate, we'll be running several activations throughout October. From celebration day activities, partner promotions & raffles to a planned roadshow around the UAE of a branded Virgin Megastore car.
The celebrations don’t really stop here, we have some goodies to give out on the 21st itself so make sure to pass by and wish us a Happy Birthday!
Twenty Plenty Ride
First and foremost, we have The Twenty Plenty Ride. Set to start riding from October 11th, The Twenty-Plenty Ride is a Virgin Megastore branded car that will be visiting our branches as well as prominent public areas in the UAE. With the sole purpose to simply give back to the communities; these irresistible goodies you wouldn’t want to miss out on. To find out where we will be, follow us on Instagram (@virginmegastoreme) where we will launch a location clue every day. You will have to hurry as we will only be actively handing out 100 giveaways a day for 1 solid hour on a first come, first serve basis.
Tech Fest

Running from the 11th to the 30th of October, with daily, weekly and a mega monthly prize. All
you need to do is be a Virgin Megastore Circle Loyalty member and:
- Spend any amount on any product in-store or online & get a chance to win valuable prizes
everyday.
- Spend AED 500 & get a chance to participate in a weekly shopping spree.
- Spend AED 1,000 & above & get a chance to win our grand prize: an MG ZST car.
Last up is The Big Red Siren activity. Being held at our one & only The Dubai Mall store on our anniversary day, October 21st, our team will be choosing 3 lucky winners to get their transaction fully for free with a AED1,000 voucher completely on us. Totally at random, the cash counter clerk will surprisingly be ringing the buzzer at different times in the day to identify the picks! A cap of AED 10,000 is set for each winner.
