- The Big Game is a promotional online campaign by Virgin Megastore UAE.
- The campaign will run from 25th May 2026 to 19th July 2026.
- Customers who spend AED 500 or more in a single online transaction on virginmegastore.ae during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the raffle draw for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
- The Grand Prize is a Home Theatre Speaker Set-up, including a soundbar and speaker.
- Each qualifying online transaction will count as one (1) entry into the raffle draw.
- Multiple qualifying online transactions may result in multiple entries, provided each transaction meets the minimum spend requirement of AED 500.
- Only completed and valid online orders placed during the campaign period will qualify.
- Cancelled, failed, refunded, or returned orders will not be eligible for entry into the raffle draw.
- If the original order is returned after the draw, Virgin Megastore reserves the right to disqualify the entry or request the return of any prize received as part of the promotion.
- Prize substitution, refunds, exchanges, or cash equivalents are strictly not allowed.
- Winners will be required to be Virgin Megastore loyalty members in order to claim their prize.
- Prize collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated to the winner by Virgin Megastore.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- By participating in the campaign, customers consent to the collection of their personal details for the purpose of raffle entry validation and prize fulfillment.
- Virgin Megastore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the campaign, submit invalid orders, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
