Terms & Conditions: Scratch and Win Promotion By entering this promotion, Customer accepts the below terms and conditions:
  • Promotion starts on 26th of December 2017 and ends on 27th of January 2018. Offer valid on all Virgin Megastore products within UAE.
  • All coupons will expire on 27th of January 2018, and coupons presented after that date shall be rejected and cannot be used in anyway whatsoever.
  • Customer shall be eligible for “Scratch and Win” coupons (“coupons”) based on the total bill and strictly as per the following terms:
    Purchase of AED 500 to AED 999 = 1 coupon (No coupons shall be provided if the purchase is less than AED 500.)
    Above AED 1,000 = 2 coupons
  • There is no limit for the number of items purchased per transaction but a Customer can only get a maximum of 2 coupons per transaction regardless of the bill amount.
  • The coupon will only be provided to the Customer following the billing process and the coupons will only be given if the purchase is made.
  • The Customer shall randomly pick the coupon from a selection of coupons.
  • It is forbidden to sell or trade the coupons in any way whatsoever.
  • Customers will not be allowed to exchange the scratched coupon with a new coupon.
  • The Prize will only be awarded within the store of purchase.
  • The Winner can only avail the prize as stated on the winning coupon which has to be presented along with a proof of purchase (invoice or Order Confirmation Email)
  • Prize substitution, refund or cash equivalent claims are not permitted in any way whatsoever.
  • Prize images may not reflect actual size, style, color, or models of the actual prizes.
