The establishment of the state of the Al Saud (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and the collapse of the state of supervision in the Hijaz (Kingdom of Hijaz) were accompanied by major changes that affected the Islamic world in general and the Arab region in particular. And the effects of those great changes have remained prominent to the present time, despite the passage of time and the many storms that this region has experienced.
In view of the importance of this book from a historical and social point of view, and the interest of the Gulf Arab reader in Al-Wardi’s writings, in particular this part, Dar Al-Buraq decided to publish this book. independently so that the reader interested in the affairs of this geographical region - the Arabian Peninsula - It is only possible to acquire the book without the need to purchase the complete set of social profiles from the history of modern Iraq. In fact, it can be an appendix to all parts of the book - both preceding and subsequent. It is a study of events that took place in the Hijaz, Najd and Syria, all of which are closely related to Iraqi society and its events starting from the Ottoman Safavid conflict until the 14th of July revolution. It may be correct to say that these events shed quite a bit of light on the events of Iraq and help to understand them, as they may help the reader to understand some of the mysteries of human nature, its complexities, and its problems in general. Al-Aziz bin Saud, a conflict that can be considered a model for the struggle for survival between humans, as each group believes that the truth is with him alone, and the falsehood is with his opponent. The period during which Faisal bin Al Hussein took power in Syria, a period that extended for about two years, between October 1918 and July 1920, It was a tumultuous period full of lessons, and it is worth every Arab reader to see its events and consider them. The first and second chapters of this appendix attempted to study an aspect of the history of the supervision of Mecca.
