Known for her opulent style, here Marie Antoinette is presented smiling coyly from behind her fan, while tissue placed within the box can be arranged to form her characteristic voluminous skirt.
In keeping with stories of the past, the packaging of the Marie Antoinette tissue box represents the queen with dark hair, while the tissue box itself portrays her with white hair, a subtle nod to the legend that her hair allegedly turned white overnight when faced with her inescapable fate at the hands of the executioner and the sharp blade of his guillotine.
