The Game
There are four clans: Gyokuro, Asahi, Renge and Tamahagane. The clans are each represented by fourteen cards, with the highest being the 'Mon' and the lowest being the '1'. The royalty of each clan is ranked in order of their family status; The Bushi, The Geisha and ultimately The Emperor. In addition to the clans there are four special cards; The Panda, The Catfish The Cat and The Stork. The game is played in pairs with each player sitting one enemy apart. Each team will aim to acquire as many points collectively as possible. Typically, the game is played until a team reaches 1000 points.
