Capsulate Alqiadah | Dr. Saeed Salem Maliky

During our practice of consulting work in the public and private sectors, we had the opportunity to work alongside a number of executives, some of whom used to exercise their leadership role with passion and love and captivate the team around them, and some of them work without guidance and frustrate everyone who works with him. With this introduction, we started our dialogue with our friend “John” who spent 35 years working with leaders in major governmental and private organizations in 3 different continents with different culture, language, customs and weather. Leaders are made, and this is confirmed by specialists. We felt excited as we put the first building blocks of this book, as we believe they are the rules of the game as adults like to call it.
