Then the third vizier stood up and said: Rejoice, O just King, of immediate goodness and future reward. Because everyone whom the people of the earth love is loved by the people of heaven, and God Almighty has divided love for you and placed it in the hearts of the people of his kingdom. To Him is gratitude and praise from us and from you, in order to increase His blessings upon you and upon us through you. And know, O king, that a person cannot do anything except by the command of God Almighty, and that he is the giver, and every good for a person ends with him. He divided blessings upon his servants as he likes, for some of them gave him many talents, and some of them occupied him with obtaining sustenance, and some of them made him an ascetic in the world willing to him, because he is the one who said: I am the harmful, the beneficial, I heal, sick, rich, poorer, dead and revive, and everything is in my hand and fate is mine. It is obligatory for all people to thank him.
