Are you ready to be a hacker?

Perhaps the first belief that comes into most people's mind when they hear the term "hacker" is someone who seeks to exploit flaws in a computer system or network.

In any case, that's what this book aims to help you do, the only network you're trying to find faults with is your own mind.

Surprisingly, about 95% of your brain's daily activities are unconscious. We have about a hundred billion neurons and a hundred trillion connections; But we only control 5% of it.

The The 45 mindset tricks in this book won't suddenly give you the power to control your subconscious mind. This would be a nightmare, because the subconscious mind is subconscious and has a purpose, the last thing you want is to constantly have to think about putting one foot across from the other every time you go for a walk.

But these mental tricks will highlight some of the activities we do unconsciously, and show some tendencies of our conscious mind, and the goal is to help you become more productive, more creative, and make you see more clearly why you are doing one thing and not another.

The aim of the book is not to give you deep insights into how the mind works, but to offer you practical steps and techniques that you can take advantage of in the real world.

All the mind tricks in this book can be read independently, so if you really want to check them out at random, that's fine; But I have tried to put it in order, so that it works better if you read it in sequence. The first two sections contain general ways to make the brain work better for you, and also how to use your time more wisely and how to become more productive. The last three sections are about how to think more focused, how to solve problems better, and how to come up with more ideas.

One of the most important things to remember is how flexible the brain is. You can really change the way you think and act, there are no good analytical people or focused, dreamy thinkers. These qualities should be present in the person, but they are not rigid.

Our brains change physically depending on how we use them, and this is called neuroplasticity.

The most famous example is London taxi drivers; They must spend years familiarizing themselves with the streets of London before they can get a driver's licence, and the effect is that the mental space that deals with spatial awareness and complex neural structure is greater for London taxi drivers; But once they reach retirement age, their complex neural structure returns to its normal size.

Now think of people with reading difficulties, they may have learning difficulties but certainly not achievement difficulties.
