Br> This miserable chaos sweeps our inner world as well as the outer, we are in conflict with ourselves, very unhappy, dissatisfied with ourselves, we seek the unknown, violent and hostile, lonely, suffocated by suffering, and it seems that we are unable to free ourselves from these restrictions, despite our relentless pursuit of Experimenting with all manner of behavioral remedies and religious punishments and their practices, from a life of monasticism and a life of sacrifice, to denial, to oppression, to frantic blind pursuit from one book to another, From one religion to another and from one spiritual teacher to another, ending with political reforms and revolutions, our attempts failed to get rid of this abhorrent chaos, whether inside or outside ourselves. You save us from our misery, and the result is again to fail to solve any of our problems; And I think any ordinary person would ask: I know I'm stuck in the trap of civilization and misery, in a narrow, limited and miserable life, I've tried everything but the chaos has not left me, what should I do? How can I break free from this confusion and loss?
