• The trips are strictly eligible on the last week of October 2022 and for the entire month of November 2022.
• Draw to take place on March 11, 2022.
• With any purchase done by Loyal customers, they are eligible to win selected prizes by entering a draw. Prizes and further details are communicated at Virgin Megastores in-stores and online (where applicable).
• Promotion validity period is from February 1st, 2022, until February 28, 2022, inclusive.
• There will be 1 individual winner for each prize. Total of 5 prizes.
• Winners will be notified by phone and are only able to claim the prizes by presenting adequate personal identification details (ID, passport, or valid driver license). If the winner is unreachable on the announcement day, the prize will be forfeited & non-reversed. The winner shall not have any right to claim or receive compensation whatsoever from Virgin Megastore.
• Virgin Megastore staff and KOHANO staff are excluded from the promotion.
• The prizes will be awarded within the same market. In case the winner of the raffle draw is not a resident of the specific country, it shall be his/her sole responsibility to bear all travel costs to collect & ship the prize (i.e., travel tickets, visa requirements, shipping costs and any other additional costs) from the Virgin Megastore main branch. Any other taxes, expenses and incidentals which are not specifically communicated are excluded and are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• All transactions during the promotion are non-refundable. However, products can be exchangeable within the same transaction value and/or product category.
• Eligibility to enter the draw is applicable per transaction in-stores & online (where applicable). Kohano T&C:

• Bookings are non-refundable, once booked no changes (eg. name, dates, location) can be made.
• Prizes are transferrable before booking subject to approval by your travel director.
• There is no cash alternative for prizes claimed.
• Requests for alternatives outside of the list of prizes (eg. city, hotel, dates, etc.) will be considered and are subject to availability and approval by your travel director. The prize for 2 nights accommodation will be capped at GBP250. The prize for 4 nights accommodation will be capped at GBP450.
• Hotel bookings are for room only, any extra services are chargeable and paid directly to the hotel.
• Some countries/cities charge additional fees such as city tax or resort fee. These are payable directly at the hotel and are not included within your booking. Please check with your travel director who will let you know if there is a city tax or resort fee charged and how much this is.
• It is possible to downgrade your hotel and add extra nights or services. The prize for 2 nights
accommodation will be capped at 250GBP. The prize for 4 nights accommodation will be capped at GBP 450. • You can add extra people/rooms/nights to your hotel booking subject to availability and hotel rules, there will be extra charges for this, please discuss this with your travel director. • Flights supplied are Economy Class.
• KOHANO reserves the right to offer an alternative of the same standard should your chosen prize be unavailable. Your travel director will discuss this with you before making the booking.
• In cases of Force Majeure, dates of bookings made may be changed according to the suppliers’ policy.
• Prize winners must agree to give InHouse World, KOHANO and WTOCard
(a) photo(s)/video(s) of them receiving their prize,
(b) a short testimonial describing their experience
(c) permission to use their name and the previously mentioned photo(s)/video(s) and testimonial in our social media pages and in our PR/advertising/marketing/communications.
